Types of Covers:
Full Body Cover (FBC)
UV light protection
This cover protects the exterior of the car from damage that is produced by sunbeams and the environment during transportation. It has mechanisms to protect against fire. Due to the lattice of the fabric, the cover is tear-resistant.
The material of the cover is porous in order to allow the passage of air avoiding the fungal and bacterial formations.
Hood Cover
This cover was developed to protect the top of the New Bettle Cabrio that is produced by Volkswagen.
This cover has UV light protection; although its greatest feature is that the material is impermeable. Even so, it is porous enough to allow air, protecting from concentrations of dust and fungal formations.
Quality of the Materials
In our facilities we test each one of the materials to the extreme in order to satisfy the needs of transportation. Our assessment exceeds the requirements versus the real conditions.
Some of the testing areas we run on our materials are:
- High speeds
- Weather changes
- Deformation
- Extreme humidity
- Wind tunnel, etc.
There are two requirements in the automotive industry that must be met in order to operate:
Quality and Eficiency
We follow a philosophy that is backed by experience and constant updating.
